i just checked in withing had healthcare and they are saying that parts of the right lane on east 92 between 880 and santa clara are also now seeing some flooding. so be careful there if you are heading off to the right side. if you exit jackson street off the east 92 area, one lane is shut down because of the flooding so it may start causing a bit of a backup through there, jackson street busy for the morning commute. this is in hayward. so avoid the area if you can. we'll continue to keep you updated on this and when lanes open. elsewhere, we are seeing some backup at the bay bridge toll plaza. metering lights are still off but you can see in those cash lanes, traffic is slow-and-go. some extra volume up the incline, as well. jumping to the maps, a new trouble spot to report in pittsburg on surface street blocking lanes at willow pass road and solano avenue an injury accident in the area. back to you. >> thank you. >>> time now 6:07. two people are dead after a driver crashed a car while trying to get away from police in san francisco's mission district. officers tried to pull over
